Life, Liberated is an immersive, experiential journey designed to illuminate and transform unconscious patterns that limit your authentic expression, creativity, and capacity to truly thrive.
This is a container for those ready to embrace full responsibility for their experience—without shame, without pressure, and without bypassing the beautifully messy truth of being human.
We’ve seen these practices transform relationships, spark creativity, and unlock freedoms people didn’t even realize they were missing—not because we’ve perfected them, but because we've lived them deeply in our marriage, parenting, community life, and self-directed learning journeys.
We come to you not as service providers, but as fellow travelers meeting you honestly from deep within this work. We show up regeneratively: fully committed, sharing authentically, and with deep gratitude and presence—inviting you to do the same.
There is something uniquely powerful about exploring this in community. Within the group, your insights become more vivid, and subtle shifts gain stability, allowing you to embody new ways of being with clarity and confidence.

We (Keri and Jon) bring decades of facilitation, leadership, and transformational experience—but even more profoundly, we bring our deep love for each other, this work, and the journey itself.
Our wisdom comes from embracing our ruptures, seeking truth, nurturing our gifts, and creating an environment where our children discover and express theirs. It's rooted in parenting as a sacred practice, self-directed learning as a way of life, and the ongoing experiment of authentic community living.

The Deeper Work
Although we will share many practical tools and skills, this is, at its core, energetic work. The acceleration that happens when you're surrounded by a vibrant, resonant community on this path cannot be underestimated. Ultimately, no one can do this deep inner work for you—and, also, you don’t have to do it alone.
Past cohorts remain deeply connected, even gathering in real life to co-create retreats and deepen the practices. This is a space that will transform your existing relationships, and form new ones that nourish and inspire long after the offering formally closes. Together, we will facilitate an ongoing structure to support connection at the conclusion of the offering.
This work invites that possibility—not as a fantasy, but as a lived experience and practice. We believe that people reclaiming their innate power, wisdom, and capacity to live from their deepest gifts is the most powerful form of activism and the most direct route to creating collective systems that can hold genuine human and more-than-human thriving.
This work also helps you see beyond the polarized patterns of relating that keep us divided and disoriented in the face of the world’s complexity. Now more than ever, it is essential to recognize how we contribute—often unknowingly—to the collective predicament we are in, and to discover the extraordinary possibilities that emerge when we step beyond those inherited divisions into deeper presence, connection, and creative responsibility.

How It Works
This is a live, interactive experience that unfolds over 8 weeks, beginning Saturday, June 21. We’ll meet weekly on Saturdays at 12:00pm Eastern Time, with each live session running approximately 2.5 hours.
These gatherings will weave together reflection, new content, shared practices, coaching, skills development, and poetry.
Every session is deeply experiential and anchored in the reality of your life as it is now, and the vision of what you are creating.
In addition to the eight weekly sessions, we offer a number of other resources and opportunities to further enrich this journey, and likely will add more as the needs and desires of the group emerge. We also invite and welcome a truly co-creative space, so you are invited to bring your gifts and offerings in service of enhancing our shared experience, as well!
While all sessions will be recorded and available for replay, this work is most alive when experienced in real time, within the resonance of the group field. Each session is immersive and experiential, and the depth of impact is difficult to replicate outside of live presence.
All practices and invitations are consent-based. We trust you to engage in a way that feels truly regenerative for you—one that honors both your commitment to this journey and the realities of your life. You know what you need to receive the most from this experience. We simply ask that you step in with clarity and presence, and let this work meet you fully where you are.

These agreements create a context of trust and sufficient safety to allow us to move into deep territory quickly. These are the shared principles we practice and live into over our time together. They don't just hold the work - they ARE the work. Investment
This work has been gifted to us, even when we engaged with teachers and mentors through financial exchange. The deeper transmission—the essence of what shaped us—has always felt like a gift.
We offer this to you in that same spirit.
While this is not a conventional transaction, it is also not offered exclusively "in the gift.” This offering lives as an integration between gift and exchange—rooted in the consciousness of generosity, while also honoring the material resources that allow us to continue doing this work in a regenerative way.
We are offering this experience at a financial level well below its market value, not as a discount, but as a reflection of our commitment to cultivating a culture of trust, integrity, and regeneration.
We ask that you treat this as you would a high-value, high-commitment container—and choose a financial gift that feels like a true anchoring of your intention. Your contribution supports not only the time, energy, and care we bring to this space, but the future evolution of this work and its ripple into the wider world.
We suggest a range of $900–$2,100 USD for those whose financial lives are situated in the global North.
